Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Arbeetrade Global Commodities Inc., doing business as Bravohn ("Bravohn," "we," "us," or "our"), a Canadian corporation based in Quebec, Canada, collects, uses, and shares information when you use Bravohn. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and limiting what we collect to what we actually need.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Your email address, used for sign-in and account identification. If you choose to complete your profile, first and last name are required for that profile, while city, state or region, country, flight school, and certification goal remain optional. Completing your profile is not required to use Bravohn.

Subscription and payment information. When you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited billing-related information such as subscription status, plan, and renewal or cancellation dates.

Usage and study data. Your quiz activity and results, study progress, and the questions you submit to the Ask FAA feature, so the product can function and track your progress.

Technical data. Standard information generated when you use a web service, such as approximate usage analytics. We do not use Bravohn to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information.

Contact form. If you use our contact form, we collect the information you submit (such as name, email, and your message) to respond to you.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • provide and operate Bravohn, including sign-in, study features, and progress tracking;
  • process your subscription, trial, billing, and cancellation;
  • respond to your questions and provide support;
  • send essential service communications (for example, sign-in codes, billing notices, and account updates);
  • maintain the security and integrity of the service and comply with our legal obligations.

3. Service providers who process data on our behalf

Bravohn is built on third-party infrastructure. These providers process certain data so the service can function. They may store or process data outside Quebec, including in the United States:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting (your account and study data).
  • OpenAI — processes the questions and conversation context you submit when you use Ask FAA. Taking a quiz does not, by itself, send your quiz responses to OpenAI; quiz questions are pre-generated and stored in our database.
  • Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
  • Resend — sending transactional emails (such as sign-in codes and notices).

Each provider handles data under its own terms and security practices. We share only what is needed for each provider to perform its function, and not for their independent marketing.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. We share information only with the service providers listed above, when required by law or valid legal process, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), in which case we will seek to ensure your information remains protected.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@bravohn.com. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records).

6. Your choices and requests

You can view and update your profile information from your account at any time. You can cancel your subscription through your account. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact us at support@bravohn.com. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you additional rights regarding your personal information, and we will honor valid requests as required by the laws that apply to us.

7. Data transfers

Bravohn is operated from Quebec, Canada, and serves users primarily in the United States. Your information, including data processed by the providers listed in Section 3, may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including Canada and the United States. By using Bravohn, you understand that your information may be processed in these locations.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we rely on established providers (such as Stripe and Supabase) for sensitive operations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Bravohn is intended for individuals pursuing pilot certification who are at least 16 years old. Subscribers under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in their place of residence) must have a parent or legal guardian who agrees to our Terms of Service and manages the subscription. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by email before they take effect.
