Terms of Service

Last updated: June 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bravohn, a study and training companion for FAA pilot certification, operated by Arbeetrade Global Commodities Inc., doing business as Bravohn ("Bravohn," "we," "us," or "our"), a Canadian corporation based in Quebec, Canada.

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or subscribing to Bravohn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Bravohn.

1. What Bravohn is, and is not

Bravohn is an educational study tool. It surfaces and organizes publicly available FAA publications and the Airman Certification Standards (ACS), provides practice questions, and answers your questions with references cited to specific FAA source pages.

Bravohn is not a certified flight school, an FAA-approved ground school, or an FAA testing center. Bravohn does not issue FAA Knowledge Test endorsements, pilot certificates, or any official FAA authorization. Any required endorsement must be reviewed, approved, and issued by an authorized flight or ground instructor in accordance with 14 CFR Part 61.

All content is provided for study purposes only and is not a substitute for official FAA guidance or instructor-led training. You remain responsible for verifying information against current official FAA sources and for working with your instructor. Bravohn is designed to complement, not replace, the training you do with a certified instructor.

2. Eligibility and accounts

To subscribe to Bravohn, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you are between 16 and 18 (or under the age of majority in your place of residence), you may use Bravohn only if a parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf, opens or authorizes the subscription, and accepts responsibility for payment. By subscribing on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms and is responsible for the account. Bravohn is not intended for anyone under 16.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account.

Bravohn uses passwordless authentication: you sign in with a one-time verification code sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to and the security of your email account.

3. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

Bravohn is offered as a recurring monthly subscription. Pricing is displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

Free trial. New subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged the then-current subscription price.

Recurring billing. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period.

Founding Member pricing. Founding Member pricing, where offered, applies for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If your subscription lapses or is canceled, Founding Member pricing may no longer be available upon resubscription.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Any change will not affect your current billing period, and we will provide reasonable advance notice before a change takes effect for future periods.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until that date, and you are not charged again after cancellation.

Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time. The 7-day free trial is provided so you can evaluate Bravohn before being charged. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Bravohn does not store your full card details; these are handled by Stripe under its own terms and security standards. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. If a payment fails, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share, resell, or provide access to your account to others;
  • copy, scrape, redistribute, or create derivative products from Bravohn's content, question bank, or compiled materials, except for your own personal study;
  • attempt to circumvent access controls, usage limits, or security measures;
  • misuse, falsify, or misrepresent any endorsement, credential, or training record;
  • use Bravohn in any way that is unlawful or that interferes with its operation or other users.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The underlying FAA publications and the ACS are public-domain U.S. government works. Bravohn's organization, structure, question bank, software, interface, and compiled study materials are the property of Bravohn and are protected by applicable law. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use Bravohn for your own study during your subscription period.

8. Disclaimers

Bravohn is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, or current, or that use of Bravohn will result in passing any exam or obtaining any certificate. Aviation involves inherent risk; you are solely responsible for your own decisions, study, and compliance with FAA requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bravohn and its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use Bravohn. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Bravohn in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by email before they take effect. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that the law of your place of residence grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
