What is Bravohn?

Bravohn is an ACS-guided study companion for FAA Private Pilot students. It brings official FAA references, more than 2,000 FAA-style practice questions, task-based quizzes, Ask FAA answers with citations, and manual reading progress into one place.

Is Bravohn a ground school?

Bravohn is designed to complement your ground study and flight training. It helps organize your preparation around the FAA Airman Certification Standards and official FAA sources, but it does not replace instruction, endorsements, or guidance from a qualified flight instructor.

Who is Bravohn for?

Bravohn is currently built for students preparing for the FAA Private Pilot Airplane knowledge test and reviewing Private Pilot ACS knowledge areas. Instrument Rating and Commercial Pilot modules are planned for future release.

How does Bravohn use the FAA ACS?

Bravohn organizes study content around the Areas of Operation, Tasks, and knowledge elements in the FAA Private Pilot Airman Certification Standards. This helps you connect what you study to what the FAA expects you to know.

Where does Bravohn's information come from?

Bravohn uses official FAA publications and regulations as its primary study sources. Source-backed answers include citations so you can open the relevant FAA material and review it directly.

What is Ask FAA?

Ask FAA is Bravohn's study assistant. It answers aviation-study questions using Bravohn's FAA source library and provides citations to supporting material. Its answers are study aids and should be checked against current FAA publications, regulations, and instructor guidance before making real-world aviation decisions.

Does Bravohn track my overall ACS progress?

Not yet. Bravohn currently saves your place in FAA manuals and displays reading progress for manuals you have opened. Personalized progress across ACS Areas of Operation, Tasks, quizzes, and knowledge elements is one of Bravohn's next planned improvements.
